    No reason to go this Extreme. Only do this if you your excercise routine
    consists of less than an hour of pushing yourself. I eat regular foods and
    even cheat once in awhile with excellent results. Just add more excersice.
    With a breakfast like this I’ll feel week all day

    everyone is allergic to dairy. humans lose the enzyme to digest it by age
    4. that’s natures way of saying its time to wean yourself off the teats.
    You can also use coconut yogurt which is pretty easy to make at home.
    plenty of youtube vids on how.

    +KraziSakLuvsYou99 That is rediculous. Essentially you are saying that
    nowhere are there white chickens that are free range. The color of the
    chicken and whether it is free range or not are two totally different
    things. Also organic is another thing, can be free range (ie roaming
    around) but not organic.

    That first recipe is a whole lot of calories! If your trying to lose weight
    and stick to 1200 thats at least half.

    Checked out at “should not eat wheat, cereal, grains, etc.” — the Achilles
    heel of paleo (don’t know if she’s paleo).
    BTW, NOT being mean, but her build is fine (good), but not that fantastic
    or anything. Certainly many examples of even better ones, most of them
    wheat-eaters. LOL Oh well, take what’s good and discard the rest.
