    this would be an excellent sub for the oatmeal i eat monday to friday since
    i do not have time to make my usual weekend breakfast of a 3 roam free eggs
    omelet with all the fixings. i dont think i should eating oatmeal, what is
    your view on oatmeal? i use the quaker oats 100% natural whole oats.

    prep?how do you have the energy or time to make all these meals each day?

    Does anyone know where I can get some brown rice bread (Food for life brand
    or one with similar ingredients) here in Canada other than Whole Foods cuz
    the nearest one is at least half hour by car from me.
