I have seen those Bacon Weaves, and the only thing you’d have to change is
the seasoning. Use the same one I use in my taco bake. Weaving bacon though
is a bit beyond my basket weaving ability.

Yes, the nutrition info takes all the ingredients into account, and then
divides them by the number of servings. It should therefore be pretty
    accurate.

I do have a blog post called Must Have Low Carb Ingredients and a blog page
that links to the low carb products I purchase at AtkinsDietGeek DotCOM.
For Almond flour, I almost exclusively make my own from raw or blanched
almonds using a cheap coffee grinder. For Whey protein, I use either
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, About Time, or Isopure Zero Carb

It’s typically in the flour aisle. It’s typically used for automatic
breadmakers. It’s usually in a smaller box from like Hodgkins Mill.

That recipe is really similar to my Induction Friendly pizza crust recipe
(also called white sauce pizza) I posted here. I agree that one is good.

I would suggest it to make your week-end cheatings less… cheated, since
you’re still in low carb mode 😉

Oops, silly me, the info was in the description. Thanks! So, the entire
thing is 407cal, 3g carbs? Wow. I’m new to ‘cooking’ by myself. I recently
decided I’ll learn how to cook a lot of things, and bake too. I will learn
how to make low-carb protein bars, pizza, omeletes, almond milk, cole slaw,
banana bread, cookies, candy, and much more. It’s exciting to be able to
    make these things myself!

Hi Kent. I really like your presentations and the videos. I would
appreciate a link to a place where I can read your ideas without the
scrolling. I will be happy to share some of my ideas with you in return.
