    Hey Cassey!! Could you please do workout videos for really overweight
    girls? I’m trying so so so hard to get in shape but I find that your
    workout videos just make my whole body ache (not in a healthy way) and rub
    against itself and my back hurts… It doesn’t seem to help at all and just
    puts me in pain…

    cassie, my hips crank so badly when i do these :/ and i get really light
    headed when i get up
    what can i do? i stretch well and i drink lots of water daily

    It’s half way in to summer and I needed this because my bikinis never fit
    right but I bet if I push and do this enough they will fit GREAT

    PLEASE DO A CALORIES COUNT FOR THE END OF YOUR WORKOUT VIDEOS. I REALLY
    NEED IT CAUSE I HAVE TO RECORD IT INTO MY FITNESSPAL SO I KNOW EVERYTHING
    IS EVEN AND COMES OUT + JUST TO KNOW IN GENERAL.! PLEASE I BEG OF YOU. I’VE
    BEEN ASKING SINCE THE SUMMER OF 2013 :C

    I don’t get it. Whenever I lift one leg and do the move, I feel it a lot
    more on the other side. Is it suppose to be like that?

    I don’t know if it is just me, but I felt the pain/burn in the ‘resting’
    leg more than the working one…

    am i the only one that feels the burn opposite of the leg we’re lifting??
    like if I’m lifting my right leg I feel it on my left

    Can anybody help me, I’ve been wondering about this for a while: If you’re
    following the calendar, should you do the videos in the order they’re
    listed in or should you just do all of them in any order?

    Really struggling to do these routines as this is my first month, so is it
    ok if I just go slower? Hoping towards the end of this calendar I’ll be
    able to do it at your pace! ^^

    hey how do get rid of stretch marks on your butt? ive been exercising and i
    just want them to go away. and i know this is going to sound dumb but every
    time is see like a perfect booty (lol) im like why and how does she do
    it?!?!?!

    Cassey you are just stunning!
    You helped so many people with your training ptogramms including me….
    I made all of my musceles rock hard and i am not afraid to go to the
    beach/pool any more

    Hi!. Im sorta new to workouts and im hoping to loose a little bit of
    weight. For all the workouts on blogilates channel do I have to warm up and
    cool down?. If so does she have videos for these?. Also can I do one
    workout after another?. Say I do this video then the 5 minute fat burner or
    the thigh slimming one?. Also I cant really afford to get workout clothing
    but I do have a tank top and some casual shorts, would they work?. I really
    appreciate any help anyone can give me 🙂 x

    I’d love to see more pop song challenges for arms! Especially for triceps
    since my triceps are really really flabby lol
