    I am a plum girl, not fat, but plum. But it’s already enough for people to
    say me fat when they see me. I am also the type of girl who doesn’t believe
    in “diets” because I also experienced what you mentioned, that is after i
    stop that diet plan, my weight goes up so fast even when I’m just eating my
    usual amount when Im not dieting. Then I come to realise that by “dieting”
    and eating less just shrinks my eating amount and my weight just maintains
    without going down because my body is getting accustomed to that amount of
    food. That’s why after I stop my diet, i eat a little more than what I did
    during the dieting periods and my weight shoots up, because my body is
    already accustomed to that less eating amount and this usual amount becomes
    a new amount to my body already.I don’t know why but I can’t seem to lose
    weight even when I exercise a lot. I am an athlete and I am off to practice
    for a minimum of 5 days per week. And of course, tough practises shoots up
    my appetite and I tend to eat more, by my weight increases as well. I
    followed my friends and families advice by eating my usual amount after a
    tough exercises, but all I am able to achieve is a constant weight. Can you
    give me any advice on what else I can do? I didn’t eat unnecessary junk
    foods usually, only once a month and also not too much.

    By the way, I really loved your channel and videos. Keep it up!! You are a
    true inspiration~

    OMG. ARE YOU KIDDING?! I got to 12:30 mins, and you’re saying do that
    AGAIN!? Shut up! No way. I’m dead. I’m sweating like a bitch, I’m wheezing,
    my body is dead. You’re cruel :'( I’m a complete new beginner so I’m hoping
    you’ll reply and tell me that one set of those exercises is enough to begin
    with. I’m going to do this video every day for 6 days a week, and try to
    build up. Is this good? Please, I’m dying here. I bought the teapot from
    Argos. I’ve got a brita filter to drink more water. My fridge is full of
    every green vegetable I know. I’m trying hard but gah, I can’t do another
    set right now, I actually feel sick. Tell me I’m doing something right.

    hi joanna! i just tried this workout and i am sweating like crazy!! i
    wasn’t able to do the whole workout correctly because i have gain so much
    fat and weight over the last three years, but hopefully in time i will be
    able to…even so, i feel awesome afterwards because i did tried:) i love
    your videos, thank u so much!

    brilliant work out!! As i am quite unfit at the moment i only did the first
    repetition as my muscles protested so much i was afraid doing the second
    one back to back would damage them! Maybe after i do it for a week i will

    I just did this, two rounds all the way through and used a heart rate
    monitor to track my calories burned. At 135 pounds at 5’7 I burned 284
    calories. Great workout, just wish I felt it more in my abs.

    it’s so much!!! the maximum is 150-200! you’re crazy!

    Omg! I did 2 sets in the morning. Wow im sweating all over. Hope I continue
    in the evening and keep doing this till I can do it like a pro. And then
    ill move on to finding challenging ones. But let me tell you. I am not fit.

    I weigh 156 and my goal is 128. I have enough time to do more than just 3
    times per week, if I do more and follow your full meal plan do you think by
    December of next year I may reach my goal or almost be their. But of course
    only if I keep at it and be patient. 🙂 thank you

    Tried doing it for the first time. Excersize was good but I coudnt manage

    1. Is there any problem if I do this with socks? Even if it sounds weird, I
    don’t have any sneakers. Using sneakers is just for comfort or does it have
    a more important reason?

    Hey, i live with my family (4 other people) and i’m always way too
    embarrassed to exercise in front of them. We don’t have a big house, the
    only opportunity i have to excise is if they’re all out. Which is quite
    rare… I have a tiny room so i barely have room to even stretch in there.
    What should i do? I’m under 16 so it’s not like i can go and join a gym and
    go every other day. I don’t have the time.

    I have a question, im not so experienced with exercises, i noticed you said
    3 times a week, should i do them monday tuesday and wed, or i need to skip
    a day between them ? or its not important as long as i’m doing it 3 times a

    Joanna I feel like I’m making no progress with my weight loss journey! I
    have no one to help me besides your videos. I’m 5’4 and 198 pounds and 18.
    About 35 pounds overweight. Will this exercise help me? What should I do to
    lose weight quickly and safely? 🙁 I have 3 weeks left to lose as much
    weight as possible.
