100% TCA applied with a toothpick. I’ve improved mine about 90%. And Ive
had rolling scars. It truly is miraculous, but you have to be *super*
    careful with your application.

Everybody’s condition is different which is probably why the doctor didn’t
give any specifics. You do understand that, right? What you’re basically
asking is a one on one consultation.

Thank you for another informative video, Dr Schultz čÖé

Yeah, I’ve heard this all before, but the problem is—it’s so vague. I
figured a licensed professional such as Dr. Schultz would be a little bit
more detailed. Depressed acne scarring is a serious issue that plagues
quite a bit of people but doctors seem to just care about what’s in your
pocket than actually doing their best at fixing the scars. I’m tired of
some half-a**ed attempt at advice for my scars, I need real answers and if
this guy can actually go in depth with these answers, GREAT.

Me too, even when I don’t pick I get the dark spot.

With all due respect, Dr. Schultz, this video was not that helpful. Instead
of making us feel hopeless about our depressed scarring, how about you go
in depth about the different procedures we can do and if we should do a
combination of procedures. Just listing them is not enough. I know you
probably get paid for these kinds of quick videos, but can you actually
give us thorough advice on what exactly we can do about atrophic scarring?
Devote one video to one type of scarring at a time maybe?

the next 6-10 years. Its gonna be tough. Im 19, suffered from acne since i
was 14 and its still just as aggressive. Im thinking about roaccutane but
the drug is the most lethal, but effective drug out there for acne. Could
result in loss of hair, diabeties, liver failure, kidney failure, mental
depression, suicidal thoughts, blah blah blah, you get the picture.

TCA is the most promising for most people but you should do research (it
changes pigmentation if you have dark skin).

From my own experience, laser is a waste of time as well as money. The only
way that can improve the scars is by filling them with tiosyal every 6

  • XenogearsPS 3 years ago

Bullcrap!!!! that’s way too expensive. I use vitamin E and dermagist cream
to get rid of my acne scars. Yeah, it’s been about 4 years, but the
difference is huge and just a little more and my skin will be healed.
Dermatologist cost too much, I can’t trust that. ´╗┐

Dr. I’m in my mid 30s and still suffering with acne and acne scarring as
you suggested in the video. However, a few years ago I was on an antibiotic
called bactrim, which really helped my acne, but my body has adjusted to
the med, and it no longer is affective. I’m wondering is there anything I
can use??natural remedy? that would help rid my body of bacteria? This is
clearly the problem. I’ve been on Accutane ,several topical creams, and
nothing seems to help much. Any advice???´╗┐
