I’m vegan, so can someone let me know what I can use instead of honey? Or
can I just leave it out completely? Thx (:

I recently used the sugar and olive oil scrub because I have very dry skin
and at first it worked amazing. I used it about every other day but by the
4th time I used it, my skin dried out very very badly afterwards. I think I
was doing it too much or it was just too harsh for my skin but for a week
now my skin has been worse than ever before 🙁 it’s very dry and flaky and
my skin is actually peeling off some.

Does anyone know what I can do to help this? Thanks

Ok I’m actually gonna try this, bc I honestly don’t know what’s going on
with my skin… Its normally suuuuper oily! But lately its been so dry..
maybe because of my foundation bc when I use it, it looks like my skin is
all peely.. its gross and embarrassing!

I use a hypoallergenic version of vitamin E moisturizing oil. I have super
dry skin, and it works very well.

I use makeup removing oil so that it helps to moisturizer skin while taking
my makeup off. Also, I put plain Shea butter on my face at night, and it
really helps keep my skin from getting too dry. I’m also a big fan of
    hydrating masks.
Btw, awww!!!!!!! Mr. Bun Bun is so cute!

I use E$%. It may be common at dirt but its very effective if you don’t
mind being a bit sticky for 5-10 minutes after you put it on.

The products that work best for my dry skin are natural shea butter,
petroleum jelly, and Aquaphor Healing Ointment. Olive oil is good for
    moisturizing hair, too.

I don’t have olive oil, can I use castor oil or vegetable oil?

  • LisaTigressHardy 2 years ago

What if you have combination skin like me? Somedays my skin is dry, some
days it’s oily, and somedays it’s both at the same time which is odd. Plus
    i have bad annoying blackheads.
