    knee raises are insane!!!!!!!!
    i have to end up skipping it and doing another! But one thing is for sure,
    im never going to give up!!!!!! Im 14 by the way :)

    Shouldn’t I have no belly fat before I begin this workout? Or will this
    help burn belly fat too? I’m confused… so many trainers say different
    things. :/

    This work out works! I’ve done this video for about two months and I lost
    weight and I can notice my six pack!

    Great video but no offense how can you promote a video that says six pack
    abs but yet you have no six pack. That goes the same for mike chang. He has
    no six pack but yet he calls it six pack short cuts. If you really want to
    get a real six pack Check out Brandon Carter or Chris Jones physiques of
    greatness videos for better results!

    This is such a good workout!!!!! Thank you Jillian!!! I notice weird
    things…for example, I could NEVER have my hair half up, and the half
    that’s down is flopping and bouncing all over the place and in my face.
    These things don’t phase someone as hardcore as Jillian! I’m just a big
    piece of sweat when I do this exercise, so my hair would feel like pieces
    of wet spaghetti slapping me in the face. LOL!!!

    i tried mostly the steps this work out but its doesnt work in ABS it works

    Well.. today It will be my 21st day of this workout! 3 weeks already, and I
    feel so proud of doing it everyday.
    But there’s something I’m worried about – so I workout daily, I eat a lot
    healthier (for example my daily diet: oatmeal with raisins and milk for
    breakfast, 2 apples+orange for lunch, veggies with stir fry chicken for
    dinner, whole grain bread with lean meat, tomatoes, cucumber etc for
    supper. And maybe few more apples between meals).
    And there’s the thing – even tho I feel waay more fit and energetic, I
    weighed myself and I gained like ~7 pounds.. And I’m wondering if that can
    be muscle? Or I’m getting fatter.. For the record I’m 20yo male 6’2 181
    lbs. And I ate worse before and didn’t exercise and I didn’t gain weight
    o.O

    im actually only able to do the first 10 minutes, im just starting to work
    out and i dont wanna push myself to hard. would doing the first 10 minutes,
    3 times a day work? i want to pace myself out and add 5 minutes every week
    until i can do the whole thing. someone please respond

    joke and apparently it’s only level one!!!!!

    I got tierd in 10 min just drawing it down how I’m I suppose to survive 35
    min exercising
