    First time comment, long time viewer:

    I truly appreciated this video! It did help me out in expanding my horizons
    just a bit more, in yoga and in the abdominal area. The block from the
    hands to the feet while on the back is definitely a good technique. Keep
    these up, and I hope to see more of Courtney’s video in the future to come.

    I love your videos Courtney! Chuck all the negative comments! I liked the
    idea of weights in yoga. Just want the videos to be a tad bit longer. It’ll

    I am doing this every morning so that I can lose 20 pounds this summer.
    re-post if you want to lose weight too. Just so you no yoga is not “EASY”.
    It’s the hardest thing i have ever done and this is barely part 1.

    Excellent yoga workout! I like Erica. She speaks very clearly, yet softly
    and calmly enough to make this routine meditative. Nicely done!

    And to answer your question about morning routine, I usually only drink
    coffee on weekends, never more than two cups as it makes me jittery. I’m
    more of soda drinker, but I’m trying to cut down on those. For the past
    couple of months, I’ve been drinking a bottle of water first thing in the
    morning to rehydrate after sleeping; and I’m actually finding that because
    of that, I crave water more throughout the day rather than the sodas.

    It would be really cool if you guys did a Yoga work out for people who want
    to do Yoga, but have broken their ankle and had an operation and can’t do
    things like “upward dog”. The actual set up for warrior pose is actually
    very hard as well on my left ankle when my right foot is forward (due to
    having to be on my toes) is there a modification to this pose that may make
    it easier for me?
