    Just saying, how much vitamin C are you really getting? Vitamin C is
    water-soluble, so preparing it by boiling or simmering it in water. Well,
    let’s just say I hoped you drank the water to get that Vitamin C! don’t
    waste that shit bro ­čÖé ! Try another preparation method like steaming for 3

    Hey man how you doing I’m malik from boston and I am a 350 pound 18 years
    old and I am extremely over weight. Ive been seen by so many doctors
