    I don’t think these can help to lose weight. I am sorry to say this because
    I don’t know how fat you were but you seems still fat to me.

    I avoid nuts. The calories add up pretty quickly, and I never feel full
    with them. Even if I measure them out into a container, then I’ll just eat
    that container… and then go get another snack. I just try to stick to
    high-volume, low-calorie, crunchy, salty, hot snacks.

    Just so you know, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend isn’t sugar free. It’s 50%
    brown sugar and 50% Splenda.
