    Is it possible to lose belly fat in a week?it seems as if i am truly
    getting abs,but i am not burning body fat,i would not like to go to the

    I want to do crunches but I’m just not able to do them. I do everything out
    of my neck. I have no problem doing situps ‘the right way’ whatsoever, but
    crunches just aren’t my thing. Does anyone know how I can change this or
    get it right?

    My neck hurts really bad when doing any type of ab work. I’ve been told its
    because i tense my neck up but i can’t help it. I try to target my abs but
    in the end I get more of a neck workout then a ab workout. :(

    i do this routine every morning and night (every day) ive been doing it for
    4 days and lost 1 pound. i really want abs, but i have to wait to see my
    belly difference. Its soo challenging and my abs and neck her after

  • Folks who say they are having neck pain…I did when I first start working
    abs and it’s cus by habit u may be pushing up chin into ur chest while
    doing the movement (straining ur neck)….once I started looking up to the
    ceiling and keeping my chin up and focusing the move into my abs it
    stopped..the more u keep ur chin off ur chest the better.

    I like that the muscle groups are combined in this video, its mixed up my
    workout. But tbh, I did find it very slow and found myself going ahead with
    the next lift whilst it was still being explained. But good routine :)

    I did all sort of workouts but none of them ever worked like this one.
    Xhit is awesome, but honestly I like Rebecca Louise much more than the
    other XHIT staff, she seems much more dedicated and she’s more involved in
    what she’s doing than the others. That’s just me. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR

    I have a question, I’m trying to exercise my arms daily, but you have so
    many videos that are for exercising arms. Should I just follow this one
    since it’s a total arm workout or do I need to follow all of them?

    I have been doing various workouts of yours everyday. i have been dieting/
    working out and losing weight. They are really great and make me feel the
    burn. Could you make a video about how to strengthen the core. Because I
    have a weak core and it’s hard to do these workouts that are made for cores
    that are already strong. Or if you could give me some helpful tips.
    Possibly make a video with only 10~15 reps instead of 20 reps cuz it gets
    very hard.. Thanks bunches :-)
