    I really loved this video!
    I have lower back inflexibility, and thus poor squat form, but this helped
    me stretch out, so I’ve been doing it several times a week. Thanks rebecca

    i think its more of a yoga kinda thing, but it helps if you have a bad back
    and all. I’ll do this often to help my back a bit

    This is honestly one of my favorite workouts to do, especially at the end
    of a set, just ’cause it’s so damn calming! Really nice way to stretch and
    strengthen and just be calm.
